Are pets allowed? At this time, pets are not allowed in any of our rental units. What types of lease agreements are offered? Currently, a 12 month lease is offered for all of our rental units. Is subletting allowed? Unfortunately, subletting is not allowed at this time. Are waterbeds permitted in any rental units? Waterbeds are not allowed in any of our rental units. Is a rental history or list of references required? Yes, 2 references are required prior to signing a lease agreement. Do rental units offer laundry facilities? Each rental unit is equipped with washer and dryer hookups, however, washer and dryer appliances are not furnished. Who is responsible for lawn care and snow removal? Lamport & Wright are responsible for all lawncare and snow removal. Do rental units offer garages or storage facilities? Each rental unit includes a one-car garage and two additonal parking spaces.
